  • Large Shrimp on Ice, Cocktail Sauce

  • Warm Goat Cheese Torte with Mango Chutney

  • Lobster Ravioli and Basil

Choice of  Salad:

  • California mixed Greens with Balsamic Vinaigrette and crumbled Feta

  • Belgian Endives with Amish Blue Cheese

  • Seasonal Tomatos with White Truffel Oil and Balsamic Reduction

Choice of one Entrée: 

  • Fillet Wellington, Black Truffel Sauce, Stuffed Potatos, Seasonal Vegtables.

  • Roast Rack of Kurabotu Porkloin,  Mushroom Ragout, New Potatos & Carrots.

  • Venison Rack with Zinfandel Reduction, Home made Spaetzle, Green Beans.

  • Hawaiian Walu in Miso Marinade, Wilted Spinach, Roast Potato & Carrots.

  • Free Range Chicken Breast with Teriyaki Glaze, Mushroom Risotto * Stir fry.

  • Painted Hills Ranch, New York Sirloin, Roasted whole with Sea Salt and 6 pepper Crust.

Other menus can be prepared for special needs.

Desserts choice of one: 

  • Seasonal Fruit Flambe…..Peach, Banana, Cherries

  • Kona coffee Chocolate Mousse with Mango Coulis and Berries

  • Old Fashion Bread Pudding with Vanilla Kirsch Cream.

  • White Chocolate Mousse with Mango Coulis  and Berries.

  • Crepe Suzettes with Berries

  • Italian Zabaione with Fresh Fruit.

 Pricing:

A party of 12 or more can choose 2 from each category
(half the group getting one item and the other half getting the other item)

Prices range from $60 (minimum) to $90 per person.  Includes tax.

Additional for server and dishwasher.

50% deposit required on all parties. (Must have set guarantee of guests)

With or without wine.

We can supply wine at additional cost  or pour yours !
